The first Estralin learning seminar for constructing of high-voltage cable lines took place on the 4th of July in Buenos-Aires (Argentina). The main goal of this technical seminar was to share our 10 years experience in implementation of more than 300 high voltage cable projects worldwide. In cooperation with our cable accessories partner – Arkasil SK LLC we presented design features of high voltage and extra-high voltage cable products, advantages and disadvantages of cable and cable accessories designs, told about installation conditions and maintenance conditions, different designs of cable systems, testing of cable, cable accessories and cable lines and features of cable laying and installation of cable accessories. Special attention was paid to the mistakes, which can be done during designing, engineering, constructing as well as during maintenance. More than 60 people – representatives of utilities, engineering and construction companies from Argentina and neighboring countries visited the seminar. Our guests expressed their huge interest to the information, received from the speakers, having asked a lot of questions. We have received a lot of positive reviews and grateful letters.
