Project “Total Construction Management”
in July 2013 the Management of Estralin HVC and Estralin PS decided to start the project “Total Construction Management”. This system will continuously improve the processes of work, thereby improving product quality, safety and efficiency. To keep the framework of the project, it was decided to involve all employees. The main element of this project is to set up a continuous and consistent work-frame engaging all co-workers. This project is interesting because operators have the opportunity to express themselves, to speak, to set new goals, and find ways to solve them, the target beeing better efficiency and control of delivered products or services. The system allows and encourages all operators to take initiative, to bring the ideas to the final solutions and as a result the ideas to be implemented. According to previous experience of similar project, 150 (one hundred and fifty ) out of 200 (two hundred) proposals were implemented and this is not the limit.
