The “ESTRALIN” Group of companies pays great attention to the professional knowledge of its employees, organizes training for them on the program “Modern XLPE cable lines and cable accessories 110-500 kV”. Under this program, 10 seminars are scheduled, covering topics ranging from the Cable Lines designing , their production , laying, manual and commissioning with various types of cable accessories, their installation technology and regulatory documents for Cable Lines. Seminars are organized by the most experienced employees of Estralin PS, Estralin HVC, Arkasil SK and “Laying and Installation”. We had 2 seminars, which were focused on the design and purpose of the structural elements of different types of cables , Cable Lines earthing methods, cable screens transposition and surge arresters . All members of the seminars had a factory tour, where all the stages of cable production were presented – from conductor stranding, to the acceptance tests. Seminars took place in an informal and friendly atmosphere , allowing the discussions of all issues , both current and accumulated during the execution of various projects.
