    1996
    The first production of XLPE cable 10 kV.

    The first production of XLPE cable 110 kV.
    1997
    The first order for cable 10 kV.

    The first order for high voltage cable system 110 kV.
    2001
    Reconstruction of the plant with installation of the 2nd vulcanization line for medium voltage cables and new test station.
    2006
    Full modernization of continuous vulcanization line for cables 110-220 kV. Start of the production of cables with cross-section 800-1200 mm².
    2007
    The first production of XLPE cable 220 kV.
    2008
    Change of feeding material system of vulcanization line for cables 110 - 220 kV. Upgrading of sheathing line.

    Opening of branch company Estralin AG (Switzerland).
    2009
    Foundation of Estralin Power Systems LLC in Moscow.
    2011
    Change of ownership of ABB Moskabel, the new company name is High Voltage Cable Factory.
    2012
    The High Voltage Cable Factory became part of Estralin Holding. The new company name is Estralin HVC. Large-scale modernization of the stranding line, installation of the drawing line and Drumtwister and CCV line for cables up to 400 kV. Start of production of cables with segmented conductor with cross-section 1400, 1600, 2000, 2500 mm2.
    2013
    Estralin is penetrating the markets of the European Union. The company received first orders for cable systems from customers in Slovakia and Bulgaria.
    2016
    The company implements the first project of cable line 150 kV in Latin America (Peru, Tokepuala).
    2018
    Estralin CS LLC is established in Romania.
    2020
    The company implements the first project of constructing of a cable line 220 kV in South-East Asia (Vietnam, province Khoa Binh).
    2022
    Estralin closes Switzerland and Romanian branches and focuses on expansion in Russia, Latin America and South-East Asia.

    XLPE cable 60-220 kV production

    Estralin has been producing a power cable since 1996. The plant produces HV cable 60-220 kV according to IEC, HD, BS, GOST-R.

    Complex supply of equipment 60-500 kV

    Estralin provides a comprehensive supply of high-voltage cable and cable accessories 60–500 kV as well as other electrical equipment of the leading manufacturers.

    Construction of cable systems “turn-key”

    The company implements a full range of engineering services in the field of the construction of cable lines 60–500 kV based on the customer requirements and site conditions. Estralin Service Centre provides services of cable lying supervision and an installation of cable accessories and other equipment.
