Project “Continuous improvement system”
The second reporting event of “Continuous improvement system” has passed. The event was attended by members of the company as production workers and office staff. The top management have made a declamation. During the second reporting period from March to October 2014 six working groups in total was proposed 62 ideas (types: 34-productivity, 14-quality, 10 – work safety and ecology, 4-comfort). In this period only 36 ideas were realized. The greatest number of proposed ideas in this time was aimed at cable productivity increasing , the quality ideas have increased in percentage comparison with the previous period. This time, in addition to the standard presentations with slides, TPM team prepared the original videos. Presentation on 5 S revealed a story introduction of 5S in the factory “Estralin HVC”. In addition, during this reporting period a new subproject within the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance – Universal care facilities) has launched. The purpose of TPM – zero breakdowns. TPM – is At the present moment the trained joint team of mechanics and electronics have already trained, a work plan put in charge of the numbered machines, the special information stands have developed. Management noted the successful and the phased introduction of the continuous improvement system in manufacturing, as well as a creative approach to the organization of the event. The best employees and working groups have been traditionally awarded diplomas and prizes. Some employees have been awarded in several categories.
