April 25 a delegation of “Rossetti” headed by the Director of the procurement department Zafesovym Yuri Kazbekovich have been acquainted with the production plant “Estralin HVC”. The delegation factory special paid attentionto the issue of productis quality control at various stages of production and acceptance testing, pointed the Dramtwister line, it is still the only line of this scale , installed on the Russian cable factory . The line impresses with its size and functionality. It was just awarded coordinated teamwork and cleanliness in production areas . To a large extent it is a merit newly implemented system of continuous improvement , which is aimed at increasing productivity and less waste in the production process . This project is interesting because the workers an opportunity to discuss , to set new goals and to look for ways to solve and to bring them to life. JSC ” Rossetti ” positively assessed plant and confirmed their readiness for further cooperation.
